3.) What does your 100% guarantee mean?
It means that we value you as our customer and we want make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply give us a call or send us an email and we will take care of you. That's a guarantee.
4.) How often do you run your beat contest?
We run our beat contest every 1-2 months. Make sure you sign up for our free sounds newsletter so that you can stay informed of all of our upcoming events including the beat contest.
5.) I just purchased an instant download product but I don't know how to get it?
You have a 3 ways to get to your download:
1.) We provide a link on the receipt page to download your product.

3.) We send your sounds to your email also. Keep in mind that sometimes the email goes to your spam or bulk email folder, so make sure to check these if you do not see it in your inbox.
6.) I just purchased a shippable product. How long will it take for me to receive it?
You should receive your product within 3-5 business days assuming that the product is in stock. Please allow 7-10 days for international shipping outside of the US, Mexico, or Canada.

8.) If I make a hit song with your sounds do I have to pay Nova royalties or get the samples cleared?
No, our sounds, loops, and samples are royalty free. Simply add additional production and or vocals to them and you are good to go.
